Tango Mango Chutney Recipe

Summer is around the corner. So, in this post I am going to write my mommy favorite raw Tango Mango chutney recipe.

Raw Mango chutney is very quick and lip smacking recipe which can be prepared in just 15 minutes. 

Serves : 1 Bowl
Preparation Time: 5 Minute
Cooking Time: 10 Minute


Ingredients: 

1. Raw Mango : 1
2. Jaggery : 250 gm
3. Salt : 1 Teaspoon
4. Khas Khas : a Pinch
5. Mustard Seeds : a Pinch
6: Fennel : 1 Teaspoon
7. Green Chilly - 2 Pcs
8. Oil -  1 Teaspoon
9. Water - 1 Cup
10. Bay Leaf - 1

Procedure:

1. Peel the mango and then grate them.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Seasoned with bay leaf, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel and green chilly.
3. Now add grated mango & mix them well.
4. Cook for a while & add salt and khas khas.
5. Cook for 1 minute, Add jaggery and mix well.
6. Pour water and boil it until the mixture gets thick.  


Now Tango Raw Mango chutney is ready. Served it with Paratha or as a side dish.

Best part is that you can store the chutney in refrigerator for a week.
